I BELIEVE……

The best ways to slow the spinning mind and let go of stress is to step out of your thoughts and into your body, with both feet.

Yoga is more than stretching on a mat, it is a positive shift in mindset and way of life.  My approach is to use yoga as a doorway into our authentic heart,  noticing the parallels between how we practice and how we live our lives.   Through embracing and accepting “what is” in your body, learn to do the same with life, embracing all its beauty and challenges with grace, acceptance and joy!

My classes emphasize on reconnecting with the body. Through self-expression, flow and playfulness re-discover the link between  your body, mind and spirit to promote wellness, quality of life and overall happiness.
